To request an exchange, please contact us at @gmail.com or call/WhatsApp. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label or guide you on how to return the item.

Returns are not offered — only replacements are allowed.
Replacement is only possible if the product received is incorrect or defective. To be eligible for a replacement, a clear video recording of the unboxing must be provided, showing the package and its contents.
- Replacements are allowed only for the same model.
- If the same model is not available in stock, you may:
- Choose an alternate product of similar value, or
- Opt for a full refund.
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- All returned items will undergo a thorough quality and functionality check before processing the replacement or refund.
- Products showing signs of tampering or with mismatched serial numbers will not be eligible for exchange.
- We strongly advise our customers not to accept any courier package that appears tampered with or has already been opened.
- Additionally, please ensure you record an unboxing video when opening your package, as this is necessary for our shipping partner to investigate any issues related to missing items, damaged goods, incorrect products, or missing accessories.
- For products eligible for exchange, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping charges
